As President of the Barbados Institute of Architects, Kerry is actively involved in advancing the profession through education, advocacy and collaboration. He believes architecture should respond to its environment, enrich communities and create lasting value for clients.

Katherine oversees the operational and strategic management of Shipshape Consultants Ltd., ensuring that every project is delivered with professionalism, organisation and care.
With a strong focus on client relationships, business operations and project coordination, she plays a key role in guiding projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail and commitment to quality help create a seamless experience for clients and project teams alike.
